In the next episode of the Lunatic Tales of Dixie Carter the TNA President has managed to secure herself a new global deal.

Carter, who has a) final troubles with hiring and keeping staff, b) no television deal and c) never makes a profit from TNA's entire business operations, staged a coup. 

Carter has secured a TV deal for TNA's Impact Wrestling, in, wait for it, Africa! Yes, Carter decided it was a solid investment to launch TNA wrestling to one, if not the most poverty stricken countries in the world who cannot and will not prioirtise spending cash on watching an already floundering TNA. 

The laughable business decision from Dix see's TNA, without any TV deal as yet expand to the continent of Africa, a place which has no full burning desire for wrestling and again, through no fault of its own, cannot afford to purchase anything TNA related.

The barmy delusion on offer as a mocking point to seem creative and take hold of a 'never done before' motion to secure the one continent no wrestling organisation is currently a full part of is Carter's most clueless to date. There is probably a business reason why, but then, Carter is not a wrestling, nor general business woman.

Carter needs to get with the program. Either hire people who can really develop the product into a profitable company or hand over the share ownership to someone who knows how to run the show (preferably not into the ground) as fans would prefer.

Clueless and idiotic, Carter is pushing the self-destruct button on TNA to the maximum.

Part Two: TNA

TNA had its most diabolical year to date. From a company that never turned a profit since its inception and the struggle to interest fans, critics and outside advertisers enough as a legitimate company, the future looks bleak.

Led by the most clueless lady on the wrestling planet, Dixie Carter has irked the industry more than she realises. Her naivety at running a wrestling entertainment company and assuming fan disinterest in her order of production is just 'heat' is one of wrestling's biggest absurdities. Worryingly, Carter shocked the audience tenfold by moving TNA into a gaggle of new disasters. In January she attempted to find a British wrestling star with Hulk Hogan featuring ignorant contestants in a pre-worked six part TV drama. She thought it was brilliant. It was a bumbling disaster. Not to mention ignoring warning signs and defiantly, or more so, stubbornly continuing with her brainless initiative on ideas, Carter hit rock bottom. With a lavish launch party overseas and flying British fans over to TNA studios with prize money, hotel stay and a flight, as  a competition winner flown over to the states for free was also plain ridiculous. In a time of financial crisis, Carter should have had more sense than that.

Continuing into the gallivance of Dixie, she chose to rename her company Impact Wrestling and more recently TNA Entertainment after falling with fans like a lead balloon.  Dixie copied WWE once again by attempting to go on the road with her travelling circus. For such extravagance, costs mounted high, and so, staff had to go. Dixie then culled a hoard of talent, being the operative word. The most humourous detail here was not Dixie's need to cost control. Fans realised Carter was out of her depth by releasing all the talented staff and keeping the useless ones taking huge pay packets instead. Her culls included scores of divas including Tara, rising up and comer Christian York and developing rookies Alex Silva and Crimson.

PR hungry Dix failed to act when lacklustre botch prone champion Bully Ray displayed insane levels of homophobia. The 'nicest female in wrestling' decided not to act and sweep it under the carpet, whilst keeping Ray as champion throughout most of the year in a lousy reign based on in-ring work alone. Ray famously sat himself on a table at ringside in a match, too. Carter swiftly reprimanded Austin Aries for throwing his crotch into ring announcer Christy Hemme's face mid year. After losing further respect, with the ridiculous #AskDixie chats on Twitter, Carter allowed useless staff in Joseph Park, Ray, Magnus and others to destroy the product from within. Now Hogan has finally left soaking up the purse, leaving Dixie completely dumbstruck, she even denied a possible attempt at selling the company off.

Now chasing the WWE dream, one last time.

The next option for Dixie may well be to sell, but the problem is who wants to buy an already tainted and debt swollen pothole? Carter should have found those people in wrestling who would be able to revamp the product with the talent available. She didn't and has thus failed. She even rejected a lucrative ownership deal from wrestling guru Paul Heyman at a time some few years ago when it really mattered.

In TNA, anyone can be its champion. Without any meaning to its lineage and the rate at which it packs off talent, TNA is more than troubled. Selecting tawdry and illogical choices as champions only further destroys the structure for growth. TNA's title also on its own merit, is rendered as a throwaway centrepiece.

So how can the company develop from all of its problems?

There is a way, but simply put, TNA do not deserve my input unless they wish to open talks and get me backstage. TNA's product has been stubborn, uneventful and outrageously abusive, and not in the correct sense. Jeff Jarrett bailed on the disaster after realising he didn't need that pitfall any longer. It is not needed, but is available if TNA move themselves. Of course, the offer must be high. This isn't essentially down to merely financial circumstances alone. That being said, TNA is a risk for any talent and is not a fully sound investment. I give it three years maximum as a turnaround period. That's being generous. I cannot foresee any sustainable talent on this roster apart from Jesse (Jessie Godderz) Jeff Hardy and to a lesser extent, Sting. Gail Kim and ODB are the only standout females. Kurt Angle will always add something to the product despite his next real-life drama. At least his heart is in wrestling, but such actions outside the ring with postmodern pop tarts for lame exposure makes the man lack credibility. Did such action help TNA's (or even Angle's) exposure?  

If all TNA can do is copy the national promotion and take from Wrestling Wonders to adapt storylines from ideas that cannot be implemented or performed well it doesn't deserve any respect. Once you respect the fans, product, industry and talent, the audience will support you. Until you do that, there is no value. Copying others will always cause anyone to get it wrong, because they simply cannot do what one other, who is simply, better at deliverance and guidance, than those unequipped with such understanding. TNA was adored for being its own space, granted slow, but grew on its own standing. Now, it is a spare pocket of mediocrity. If you can't think fast and get with the program, the program will be forever gone. The essence of this notion is apparent. Fans may still watch, but the former shell of what TNA was to fans has been evaporated. Fans have lost the respect and cannot support it any longer. That, is the worst possible response to any business model.

TNA founder Jeff Jarrett has sensationally resigned from Impact Wrestling on December 22nd 2013. The former NWA World Heavyweight and WWE Intercontinental champion, who launched the company with father Jerry Jarrett in 2002, confirmed the details via Twitter. "On December 22nd, 2013 I officially resigned from TNA Entertainment. Thanks to everyone involved for all the fantastic memories! #grateful."

No further details were added as to why the former creator of TNA chose to leave. Jarrett had been re-assigned to working for Ra Ka King, TNA's sister promotion in India. Jarrett was rehired for the shifted overseas role to help hapless Dixie Carter after engaging in a backstage relationship with Kurt Angle's recently separated wife Karen. The pair married in August 2010.

"TNA Entertainment, LLC announced today that it has accepted Mr. Jeff Jarrett's resignation from the company effective January 6th 2014. Dixie Carter, President, comment 'On behalf of TNA, we would like to thank Jeff for his contributions to the Company. We wish him the very best and look forward to his continued participation as an investor in TNA Wrestling."

Jarrett may also have been upset with TNA's direction under clueless Carter, who publically denied considering selling off TNA, which leaked online. Key figures in the pro wrestling business expressed an interest in purchasing TNA ranging from Jake Roberts and Max Waltham. TNA have been accused of holding secret discussions with the lead singer of rock band the Smashing Pumpkins, Billy Corgan, who already owns an independent wrestling company.

Carter is said to be very stubborn and neglectful in potential buyers she could eventually sell to, as well as booking product. Jarrett has reportedly been unhappy backstage with the current direction of his 'baby.' Fans feel this is the final straw which will break TNA's back and claim the company is finished as a national threat to the WWE. TNA re-re-branded its name to TNA Entertainment, something fans failed to recognise it as after earlier calling it Impact wrestling.

Carter and her executive Vice President of licensing, Andy Barton believed they had 'conquered' overseas television by amounting stable viewing figures compared to WWE in the United Kingdom, among others.

Barton added -

"Let me give you a global perspective; we at TNA play the long ball and this strategy relates to the entire world. If we look at the UK market - we have pushed ahead of WWE there and our show is watched more in comparison to WWE week in, week out. Ditto for Germany. In the US of course, it's going to be tough to carve a space when there is already such an old and established brand and the same is with India.

Such movements don't generally work for everyone, but if you take a look at our wrestlers compared to WWE, we are more on the road than them."

The above bragging statement has lead fans to believe TNA is just as much a mark as it presents itself on air with programming making such ludicrous comments.

WWE is broadcast on Sky Sports, a subscription package for Sky television, which makes a profit. TNA airs on free digital channel Challenge, a channel which repeats old TV gameshows, which has been in its troubled seventh rebrand since May 20th 2002, totalling 13 years.

TNA talk backstage is to the belief that "TNA is bigger than just one man" regarding Jarrett's departure as a blasé throwaway release, inside sources claim. Fans have rallied to the understanding TNA has a huge ego that is affecting the product, stars growth, career prospects and that of falling into a bottomless pit. Carter's delusion of doing an excellent job running TNA has left fans fuming at Carter and TNA executive's insane egotistical ideology.

As the integral cog in TNA's wheel to keep it functioning fluently, TNA fails to realise Jarrett is one of the strongest glues that binds TNA together. TNA is a crumbling mess that has no relevance and is simply a throwaway catastrophe that many wish to bail on or avoid signing with to protect their careers. Those remaining have nowhere else to go.  

Jarrett, now a free agent, was praised by numerous wrestlers including Velvet Sky, Angelina Love, Samoa Joe, Eric Young, Matt Morgan and Zema Ion.

There were plans to have Jarrett return to TNA television throughout January. A handful of conspiracy theorist fans have doubted the sincerity and are hoping the statement is not a work for publicity.

TNA's attempts to capture pockets of the internet for favourable publicity is proving TNA are simply clueless and aiming to grab anything that is relevant. Yet, they fail to realise the biggest availability is right in front of them. Running around for pointless parts of the online world is useless and irrelevant when the one who can make or help you is ignored through stubborn attitude to reach out. The end result is your product closes its doors, not mine. How long you take, and the action of who and how you press forward with, are what burn you from those that could save you.

Since joining TNA wrestling in late 2011 and making a huge impact bar the pun, Jessie Godderz has become the newest delight in the second rate national promotion. Coming in at number five in the WW Awards 2012 for company promotion, TNA has certainly dipped over the past year and before. Seen as a comedy of errors, hiring ridiculous no marks and giving chances to those that will never materialise just for a TV show overstenched by Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff’s backstage politics, even loyal fans have woken to the disinterest.

Laboured, directionless and all over the place with no clear business strategy where wrestling values have been minimal and embarrassed further, TNA is desperate for some new opportunities. Only weeks ago, TNA placed a main event worthy match on a throwaway episode of Impact featuring Jessie Godderz against Rob Terry. Recent shows have seen TLC matches and a Knockouts title change to three different females highlighting the company’s lack of authority. TNA president Dixie Carter is casting dispensations as devaluing wrestling without any knowledge or understanding for the industry not product who cannot make a profit and receives funding from her father to keep TNA doors open on free television around the globe.

TNA have a chance to rectify its problems. Of course it needs to hire clever people, but it won’t, because it is rude, obnoxious and ignorant. However they do have one hidden gem. Utilising Mr. PEC-Tacular, Jessie Godderz, TNA could and should have a new outlook with Godderz and should fast track him to heavyweight gold. He should down Bully Ray and become the new heavyweight champion fans are desperate for. They want new, credible options rather than a washed up old timer who is out of shape, cannot work matches, botches classically and berates every opponent without allowing them any qualities or chance to grow as an on screen personality. 

Godderz has the look, the style, the smug attitude and the charisma to get across with audiences. An honourable turn would also benefit the beautiful looker aiming to be a fresh faced champ. However if TNA chose to keep him as a bad boy then Jessie can still carry that versatility too as champion.

It's time for TNA to wake up and drive forward change after a bundle of mishaps last year and continuing this year in PR disasters also. It needs to get its priorities correct and start creating real options. It needs clever people at the forefront. It should seek them out or continue to lose. There is no place for stubbornness in this already failing business model.

With the body, experience and capable talking skills bod god Godderz is ready, able and in need to boost his credentials. Waiting too long in a fractured landscape as TNA is always a costly move and should enhance Godderz now, before its too late. Relying on old, stale has beens are marring the process of TNA's competence Godderz offers fresh and viable options with a gold trinket upon his waist. The time is now.

Austin Aries: In the pink to Mr. World

From ordinary misused Indy guy to heavyweight champion, minor build Austin Aries took the world by storm to change TNA’s scene and install genuine interest for a new era in 2012. Built only based on his failings for WWE’s Tough Enough castings a year previous and off the back of the Indy risers as WWE gave fruits to CM Punk’s rising labour and Ring of Honor pushing forward on Kevin Steen, TNA felt the need to carbon copy the design for the fill of the moment.

While Indy talent was the 2012 craze in all companies Aries shone with his star qualities while gauging audience and becoming a mock, yet influenced flamboyance on television due to more of TNA’s borrowing. Aries however provided colour to the contrasting debate of dysfunction in the company that it needed to flourish. Aries proved his rise with the X division title acquisition in September 2011 holding it for an incredible 298 days until 05^th July 2012 in what would be an absurd angle for the monumental accomplishments Aries delivered to the title, the company and the fans. TNA’s General Manager Hulk Hogan offered Aries an opportunity to ‘trade a title’ in which Aries would surrender the X division title as vacant in order to secure a Heavyweight championship title shot, without any guarantees of victory. It was simply unbelievable that tempted Aries would not win the gold from then champ Bobby Roode.

Regardless, Aries finally climbed the big one on the tallest step of its ladder in a heart-whelming and appealing outlook for TNA fans. Offering hope of a new product, Aries hopes were soon dashed once TNA got on the handle of booking. As heavyweight stronghold, Aries was bumped off the ladder by directionless booking favourite Jeff Hardy, returning from obscurity to dethrone Aries with ease, making a mockery of the star who changed the perspective of TNA slightly to a potentially better offering than previously provided.  Holding at 98 days the world title became meaningless once again and Aries with it. TNA predictably left Aries in the cold and gave no forward thinking and planned to shift him back to the mid card for the X division title after an epic transition to launching a new talent in the heavyweight picture.

After concern raised TNA halted but chose to ludicrously subject Aries to copying WWE’s dysfunctionate tag team Kane and Daniel Bryan in a partnership on TNA TV with Bobby Roode, the man Aries beat for the very world title on 8^th July 2012. Whilst attempting to retain his charisma with the tepid non entity Roode, Aries is slipping into seldom absolution. Winning the tag titles with Roode and playing a ridiculous and pointless character for a minor chuckle while shelving his grand run as a major champion for another company favourite who showed no signs of difference and new age dominance, Aries is shifting into a troublesome discretion.

One thing Aries can be appreciated for is his ability to remain slightly relevant but is slipping further into catastrophe for the man who was TNA’s greatest chance at reviving the already clueless and stale state of product.

TNA should have had the sense to understand Aries must be shifted back to world title dominance if he is to raise profile once again and encourage TNA fans to be further engrossed than a moment of standing there unfazed and give one clap or side smirk smile of appreciation for the in ring talent squandered. Aries boosted his status coming in at an outstanding #3 in the Wrestling Wonders Pro 50 of 2012. While the year of the Indy’s TNA needed to envisage a brighter outlook than the gloomy one on offer. If it cannot do so, it should consider tweaking pride and backstage politics to gain strengthened beings for produce. TNA is a bubble waiting to burst over and over again.

TNA replaces annual Pay per views with ‘One Night only’ concepts instead. Hapless Dixie Carter decided the main four PPV’s Genesis, Lockdown, Slammiversary and Bound For Glory will remain, though the insufficient one’s will be “One Night Only” with a distinctive theme. TNA previously jumped on the One Night Only wagon recently giving veteran Jerry Lynn a sterling sendoff. Apart from Lynn, the show was rather weak as a concept. Here is the TNA schedule below:

Wednesday schedules are for UK audiences. Sunday's are three days beforehand which are the live events. TNA have also filmed the Joker special akin to the XTravaganza debacle shown in April, pre-taped in January 2013. TNA are said to plan on filming all their PPV's instead and use talent from around the world, many see as a cheap excuse to abuser wrestling talent without having to pay a full contract on the cheap, harming the product, wrestlers and industry.

The barmy decision will also feature a Knockouts tournament and World Cup.

Carter also clarified her company status last week by informing the world her company is officially called TNA Wrestling and likened her shows to both Raw and Smackdown, shows produced by rivals WWE.

  

TNA plan to feature a UK show including talents such as beefy Rob Terry, the futile Magnus, a lacklustre Doug Williams and rookies from TNA’s British Bootcamp series Hannah and Holly Blossom and winner of TNA British Bootcamp Rockstar Spud as well as freelancers worldwide. TNA need to be careful which ‘talents’ it utilises.

Brooke Hogan has recently joined TNA wrestling, as part of the foundation to shape the Knockouts division.

There has only ever been one true individual able to put the female wrestling needs first and foremost, being Max Waltham.

In an effort to uncover more information, through a possible tactic of espionage, one of Wrestling Wonders' staff at the time, had received a Facebook request from one Brooke Hogan.

Aware this person was in charge of the PR aspects of WW on Twitter, Brooke tracked them down to Facebook, where they sent the friend request, which was accepted.

In the interest of politeness and common courtesy, the user contacted Brooke through a private message giving a warm welcome to the ‘friendship' as well as a Merry Christmas, in a sense of politeness, of all things.

This occurred in late December 2011.

Brooke chose not to comment a reply, and shortly chose to block the individual they just chose to request as their friend.

With another social calamity on the way, surely this doesn’t bode well for TNA, in light of its procedure?

Questions poised, was this Brooke Hogan or an imposter? Was Hulk or a member off her family using this method to uncover dirt on yours truly?

If they had just spoken, perhaps all would be fine.

Were TNA endorsing such practices, or was someone acting on behalf of a senior?

Or maybe the obvious answer is to claim it was a troll. Sure, TNA would like that to be the answer. The easy answer is, yes, it was someone pretending to be me, though, of all the people in the world, why would a one, Brooke Hogan, of all people be the one to contact?

Interesting.

Some responsibility, if this was one of the above, needs to be taken.

TNA have revealed that Ric Flair has quit TNA Wrestling.

Both have had strained relationships over the past week and months building to it. Flair will now be freely granted back to WWE to head up the WWE Network project as part of the Legend/Hall of Fame stalwart.

It couldn't come at worse a time for TNA.

Last week on Thursday, TNA released Anthony Nese for asking permission to appear on an independant card with The Great Muta. (Click link here) - Breaking News: TNA release wrestler

Flair appeared and entered into the Hall of Fame, with his employing organisation's (TNA) consent.

Tensions are strained backstage between her father, Ric and TNA. Flair, also advertised as a judge in a Gut-Check Challenge for the May 15th tapings of Impact, alonsgide a further showing at the PPV, Sacrifice the previous Sunday, was the clear indication that both are on shaky ground.


Further details have emerged that Ric would leave TNA staff to pick up bar tabs, most recently on TNA's European tour, including that of Craig Jenkins, as well as being served for failing to repay a grant from ROH years ago when he realised they wouldn't use his son Reid on the show and stuck to WWE's 'no rival company appearance' rule.

Flair also has other lines of money making ventures including a lottery endorsement and energy drink. Flair still owes tons of dollars paying out his ex-wives, as well as tax evasion over the years.

Did Flair jump before he was pushed? Or did he secretly have other jobs lined up beforehand?

Flair decided to quit hours ago, as of writing.

Rumour also has it that Alex Shelley has quit TNA too. This is still in early stages, and we shall keep updated on this also. WWE's Network are interested in him for its Cruiserwight show, which is about time they snap him up.

Overall, this decision among the firing of Nese earlier, and the hiring of Brooke Hogan makes TNA's wide spectrum of organisation dysfunctional and many view as delusional that they would freely remove certain talent rather than work out situations. Hey, all is not lost, TNA still have Hogan and Bischoff and all their offspring, so it can't be in a bad state, can it?

WWE have signed Ashley Fliehr Johnson, to a WWE developmental contract.

Ashley is the daughter of WWE Legend, and two time WWE Hall of Famer, Ric Flair.

The Flair's have had no shortage of unwarranted media attention with the law, including their infamous family arrest.

Many see a Cody Rhodes and Ashley battle their fathers (Flair and Dusty) in a possible future angle.


Either way, Ashley needs to rely more on wrestling than just appearance i she is to survive the division.

TNA have signed Brooke Hogan to a contract. President Dixie Carter stated - "Brooke is NOT going to be a wrestler ... but rather an executive who will be tasked to develop female talent."

At Twenty-four (24), yes, Twenty-four years of age, Brooke will be teaching the TNA Knockouts how to wrestle and develop. If you want someone to develop female talent it is clear you need Max Waltham for that. Regardless, many believe Brooke, who shant be wrestling at all, received this position in favour of her father being in charge of TNA wrestling, alongside family friend and lifetime pal, Eric Bishcoff.

Dixie also mentioned that "Brooke is such a great talent who's really sharp and will make a great addition to the TNA family."

Brooke's talent was in the field of singing and the music industry, (unrelated to wrestling) where her record deals did not come to fruition successfully.

Brooke has also recently starred in a movie, called two handed shark, which also features her co-star and lead in teh film, Carmen Electra, where fans will be pleased to know Carmen gets her breasts out, as usual.

Hulk Hogan nude pics Vexation

Sex tape scandal entrapment intensifies...

Last month in March, details emerged of Hulk Hogan embroiled in a sex tape scandal (click here) - Hulk Hogan Sex Tape Scandal , which was to his knowledge secretly recorded by a mystery female he engaged in sexual relations with, in light of his divorce and singledom.

Released onto website “TheDirty”, images were uploaded last week onto the site, where Nik Ritcie failed to remove the snaps. The latest photo was uploaded of The Hulkster from the rear view participating in the sexual act. The female in question cannot be seen in this snap.

The candid image may indeed therefore support Hogan’s claim of “unconsented” release/recording.

The website in question was issued with a warning to remove the image and any further details scheduled for upload. The website chose to decline the advice from lawyers, who now wish to sue.

One fact remains, while we can state that it is in the public domain, Hulk, if his claim is supported of unknowing and unwilling filming consent, would have a clear claim.

Here’s some advice. Hulk had sex. Get over it. Everyone with a life has forms of sex at one point or another. I’m sure many members of the wrestling world and the WWE Universe have done far dirtier things than this.

If Hulk consented, then the lady putting it out there is allowed to do so, but would have to split profits 50/50 with Hogan. If Terry Bollea did not know, then deception and warnings to those leaking it for mass impact are all accountable.

Even with warnings some people are too stubborn to remove content. You truly cannot help ignorance.

Maybe this will be the starting point of everyone online, and for use offline, to understand how not to take, upload or share content that is not copyrighted to you. Again, if Hulk knew and she leaked it, that’s fine. If it wasn’t, you’re in serious trouble, Sista!
